Shipping:
We offer three basic methods of delivery for our customers. These include door to door delivery which may be subject to a flat rate fee of $10, free in store pick up and finally considering our representatives are everyday people who carry out everyday activities we offer a free meet up service; our representatives are available at mutually convenient times to have your items delivered at our "Meet N Greet" Service. At TwitchedOn we believe in convenience for our shoppers. If you spend over $99.00 BBD, we will deliver your product directly to your door step at no extra cost.
Shipping Errors:
If you think that we have shipped the items wrongly to you, please
contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package for our
verifications of the item sent. If error has been established to be
from TwitchedOn, we will arrange for pickup and redelivery of correct
products to you at no additional charge.
Returns
We accept returns on all defective items sold by Twitched On Electronics.
All warranties will not only be expressed on the item page but will also
include a copy of the warranty agreement on the receipt. Any warranty
offered by manufacturers outside our stated warranty period is in the sole
hands of consumers to pursue, however, we are always willing to aid
consumers in having their claims processed. Returns are only considered on
damaged items under warranty! We reserve the right to refuse returns based
on accidental damage on consumer’s part, warranty fraud or the return of
working electronics. Any electronic returned for warranty replacement will
be thoroughly checked, if it is found items are working or damage is at
fault of the consumer we reserve to the fullest extent the right to charge
a small fee for any pickup, delivery or any other cost incurred to us. We
at Twitched On Electronics aim to please, therefore, we will honor our
warranties to the fullest extent possible.
